For eligible adults 18 years of age and older, we offer friendly, reliable, door-to-door accessible transportation services from Monday to Friday to and from appointments within East Wellington and surrounding areas. Transportation services are provided by either a wheelchair accessible van/bus, a passenger van, or by car in the company of one of our friendly and dedicated volunteer drivers.

Service Eligibility

Service is provided to residents of East Wellington (Town of Erin and the Township of Guelph/Eramosa) who meet program eligibility requirements and are at least 18 years of age.

Costs

There is a cost for Transportation service, however some rides may be subsidized.

To register we will ask you to provide the following

• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Mobility aid (if applicable)
• Address
• Emergency contact
• Health Card Number (if applicable)
• Proof of income (if applicable)

Please note: Once registered, requests for transportation must be received a minimum of 2 business days before transportation is required.
